The apprentice will provide 1st line end user support across the business with a strong focus on customer services. They will work on and resolve Incidents and Service Requests within agreed Service Level Agreements as set by the business whilst following ITIL best practices and processes as defined by the IT Services Manager.
The successful candidate will have a strong customer services background and a keen interest in technology and IT support.
To be an Service Desk Analyst Apprentice you will need to be a tech enthusiast with 5 GCSEs (ideally A* – C) including Maths and English.
This 14-month Apprenticeship has a salary of £21,600 per year. You will also receive full training and support from the Just IT Apprenticeship team to increase your skills.
Your training will include gaining internationally recognised Level 3 IT qualifications

After the apprenticeship
