Basic Salary: £20,000 increasing to £30,000 after 12 months

Commission: Uncapped, First year OTE £40,000, Second Year OTE £60,000, Third Year OTE £90,000+

Our client seeks estate agents who have a successful track record within sales or lettings. We work with high-end recruitment consultancies that are actively looking for experienced estate agents. Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Why Recruitment?

    We expect you to take home between £35,000 and £50,000 in your first year, year 2 in excess of £70,000, year 3 in excess of £90,000.

  • 12 months + experience in sales or lettings

  • Building relationships and regularly consulting clients and candidates, to ensure their recruitment needs are met
  • Generating new business through business development
  • Candidate engagement; screening CV’s, communicating and interviewing candidates to establish position suitability
  • Producing adverts for job opportunities
  • Hitting/surpassing targets to earn commission
