TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT –
The Recruitment Industry has been hugely successful for the last 10 years and is showing no signs of slowing down. WHAT IS RECRUITMENT?
Recruitment is a Sales job. Ultimately, you are selling people to people; discovering the strengths and skills in one candidate and putting them in the right company/department. Recruitment is a commission based role; you will get a basic salary of around £20,000 and have the potential to earn unlimited commission on top of that. The skills needed include; listening and understanding, communication, relationship building and the will-to-win attitude.
You will be working long hours and will need to be resilient and self-motivated. Some of the benefits will include:

– University Degree 2:1 or higher from a top 40 University
– Sales Experience
– Competitive drive
– Positive character
