Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Graduate Scheme

The Company

Based in the City of London, they are a leading banking and finance recruiter covering the UK & international markets. Currently 130 people they are looking to expand their London office as well as offer overseas opportunities. This leading consultancy covers contract, interim & permanent roles.

With a leading reputation in London, more international expansion is on the horizon (with offices already in Germany) New York & Hong Kong are next on the agenda. The chance to progress in the company is excellent with many managers & team leader’s starting off as graduates. With average fees ranging from £10k – £20k the earning potential is significant.

Your Role

You would need to be a highly ambitious graduate looking to grow your career within recruitment consultancy in London. What you will need:

Ideally degree educated (2:1 and above) from a top 40 University

Need to have demonstrated your money motivation; working throughout university etc.

Recruitment is an industry where you can earn substantial amounts of money but like with any sales job it is tough so you need to be money & success motivated!

Competitive! You will need to highlight your competitiveness through Sport, academics or extracurricular activities.

Sales experiences is a plus but not essential

The Package

A market-leading £23,000 basic salary (rising to £30,000 after 1 year), with average first year earnings being just under £45,000.

An excellent commission structure rising to 45% (one of the best in London)
