Earning Potential – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
1st Year OTE: £23k basic starting salary + commission = £35K – £40K
2nd Year OTE: £28k basic salary + commission = £55K – £70K
3rd Year OTE: £35k basic salary + commission = £85K – £100K
4th Year OTE: £45k basic salary + commission = £100K+
