Title:Trainee SolicitorHours:9:30am – 5:30pmWorking week:Monday to FridayPurpose of job:We are now accepting applications for Training Contracts beginning in September 2019.The closing date for training contract applications is 31 May 2018.Please apply via our online application system Apply4Law.Candidates will hold at least a class 2:1 degree and have 2 A’s and a B at A Level; expect to obtain or have obtained a ‘commendation’ or above on the Legal Practice Course or a ‘very competent’ classification on the Bar Vocational Course and have undertaken legal work experience.A trainee will need to demonstrate commercial awareness, motivation and enthusiasm. To be successful you will need excellent communication skills both orally and written, attention to detail, team-working skills and creativity.Trainees complete four six month seats, providing a wide range of practical experience and skills in contentious and non-contentious work.
